RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from Artbo, however, if you would like to return an item for store credit, please email us at artboshop@gmail.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) with the reason. Please do not mail any returns without first contacting us.

Items purchased from Artbo may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Made to order / Pre-Order items are not able to be returned for store credit, and are final sale. 

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

All discounted items are final sale and may not be returned for any reason.

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We highly recommend shipping your return with full insurance as well as tracking information. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Artbo does not supply return shipping labels or cover return costs.

Artbo is not responsible in the event that a customer return is lost or damaged in transit.

 

DAMAGE

If your order is damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and notify us at artboshop@gmail.com right away. 

Any damage to a received shipment must be reported immediately upon receipt.

No damage claims will be accepted after 3 days past delivery.
